Cancellation Policy
To provide the highest level of service and accommodate all clients, we kindly ask that any appointment changes, cancellations, or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance. * Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a $50 fee. * Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. * Clients arriving late may have their treatment time adjusted to avoid delaying the next appointment. The full-service fee will still apply. * All clients are required to complete and sign a consent form prior to receiving any facial treatment.
